There are three outdoor pools plus a children's pool, with free sun loungers, towels and parasols. How far your suite is from each depends on its location in the hotel.
What should I know before booking and checking in?
The minimum check-in age is 18, and check-in begins at 3:00 PM. You will need a photo ID and a credit card, and the name on the booking must match the guest checking in because name changes are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Formal dress applies at dinner: gentlemen may not wear sleeveless T-shirts, and at the à la carte restaurants they must also wear long trousers.

Cancún International Airport is about 55 km away, a drive of roughly 45 to 55 minutes depending on traffic. Options include a private taxi, shared shuttle, ADO bus or rental car. Free self-parking is available at the hotel if you drive.
